Returns Policy
We have a no return, no refund policy. Unless you received an incorrect or damaged product.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
How To Return An Item?
Your item (s) must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Your must return the item (s) within 3 business days of receiving it.

Return Exceptions
Items that have been completely used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your item has been found to be damaged, you may return it for an exchange, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and due to extreme temoeratures, we may not be able to ship our whipped body butter unless it is shipped on dry ice, which will increase the cost of shipping.
All orders made by 3pm CST Tuesday to Friday will ship the same day. All other orders will ship next business day.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
